Chip Stacy graduated from Missouri State University in 1990 with a finance degree and graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1992 with a Master’s in Business Administration. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University in 1994. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma and the Federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the Western District of Missouri. Mr. Stacy is an officer of the National Creditors Bar Association, as well as a member of the American Bar Association, Forwarder’s List, American Bankruptcy Institute and General Bar. Mr. Stacy is AV Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. 

Charlotte McCrary Stacy graduated from Rhodes College in 1989 with a philosophy degree and she obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1995.   Charlotte is licensed to practice in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma and the Federal courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.   Charlotte is a trained mediator and has worked for several law firms during her career providing her a diverse background in various areas of the law. 

Craig Merutka graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1988 with a political science degree and from the University of Tulsa in 1991 with his Juris Doctorate.  He received a Masters of Law from the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Center and School at Charlottesville, Virginia in 2003 and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania in 2013.  From 1992 to 2018, Mr. Merutka served in the United States Army as an officer and attorney, retiring as a colonel.  He is licensed to practice law in the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma.
